Eligibility for Science Stream Candidates

  • Three-Year Diploma in Engineering in disciplines like Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology, or Information Technology, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English, OR
  • Two-Year Vocational Course with Physics and Mathematics as non-vocational subjects from a recognized board, achieving 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.

Exit Benefits After Four Years
On completing their tenure, Agniveers will receive a Seva Nidhi package worth ₹11.71 lakh, which includes their corpus fund contributions and applicable interest. Additionally, a skill certificate will be issued, emphasizing their technical and professional training. Up to 25% of the Agniveers may also be absorbed into the regular cadre of the Indian Air Force, providing a pathway for long-term career prospects.
